President and Vice President prepare the Club Assembly Report (CAR) Form for the meeting (As Required by District 1060.)

An Assembly of the Club shall be held shortly before the start of the year.  The Assembly shall be held after the corresponding District Assembly. The meeting shall receive the goals of the Club for the ensuing year.
